What is alumina balls?
Alumina Ball is a product formed by cold isostatic pressing of α-Alumina and sintering at high temperature, which is used in dry and wet grinding to reach high density and hardness.
Activated alumina balls grade is used in PET Drying, Polyester Chips Drying, manufacturing process of hydrogen peroxide. Activated Alumina Ball is a selective adsorbent for removal of impurities like arsenics and fluoride from drinking water. Activated Alumina Balls grade is used for drying of air, gases, and liquids.
The alumina ball is made from the materials of bauxite, industrial alumina powder, high-temperature sintered alpha alumina powder etc. Alumina grinding ball is made by the steps of proportioning, grinding, pulverizing, forming, drying, sintering etc. Alumina ceramic grinding ball mainly used as a grinding media.
